Mr. Farrell is the Vice President of Jennison Management company and manages and supports the operations.

Prior to Jennison Management, Mr. Farrell worked for Corcoran Jennison Companies where he managed twenty-nine million dollars in revenue and over four million dollars annually in capital improvements.  His portfolio included 1,700 residential units and over 25,000 square feet of commercial space for the.  Mr. Farrell has feature housing program experience from across the spectrum, including project-based Section 8, LIHTC, LHA choice voucher programs, 236 prac, 13A moderate income programs, mixed income communities, and conventional market-rate units.  Mr. Farrell advocates for his residents at each of his communities.  Additionally, Mr. Farrell is a key player in the creation and implementation of new policies, best practices, and staff development throughout his service.

Mr. Farrell comes from a background in public safety with a focus on healthcare and housing.  He was formerly instrumental in providing housing security needs in the City of Boston to Winn Management, CMJ Management, Cornu Management, Beacon Management, Maloney Properties, and Mass Housing Finance Agency.

Since starting his career in property management, Mr. Farrell has earned several certifications and designations with the National Center for Housing Management including his Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS), Site Based Budget Specialist (SBBS), Certified Manager of Maintenance (CMM), and Certified Manager of Housing (CMH).

John Farrell was also an active member of his home community where he had served as an elected Housing Authority Commissioner. He also served as an elected member of the Planning Board for nine years.
